It is around these three training modules that the national focal points of projects, agreements and partnerships in the energy sector in Benin were brought together during a training workshop held on October 22 and 23, 2020 at the Benin Royal hotel. from Cotonou. Organized by the institutional support and capacity building program for actors in the energy sector in Benin (Recaseb) and the Renewable Energy Development Projects Coordination Unit (UCPDER), the objective of this session of training was to obtain more efficiency in the conduct and monitoring of projects / programs, initiatives and relations with international cooperation organizations in the field of Renewable Energy Development and Energy Efficiency (DEREE). On behalf of the Recaseb project manager / manager, Martin Zohoun thanked the participants for their mobilization because it augurs well for changes in the monitoring of agreements, projects and programs in the days to come ”. In his speech, Sèdjro Vivien Agbakou, Research Officer at the Bureau of Analysis and Investigation (BAI), observed that many partnerships with institutions have been developed, agreements with other countries have been initiated and it is opportune that the Focal Points take care of these relations so that the country benefits from them. On behalf of the participants, Bill Clément Akouedjenoudé expressed his satisfaction at the end of this training because the various modules allowed the strengthening of their capacities in terms of negotiation and monitoring of projects using various tools.
